Note: We realize many people are concerned about the potential for cross-contamination between some whole grain flours and gluten free flours. We take every precaution to ensure that gluten-free items are not corrupted by our other products. We use separate mixers, pans, spatulas, measuring cups, cleaning utensils and bowls.
