Our gluten-free desserts are formulated to create the best texture and flavor for those who can not have gluten in their diets. Products labeled gluten free are batch tested using an ELISA Gluten Assay test to determine if a product is gluten-free.
We offer desserts that are safe for most insulin dependent diabetics. All sweeteners have been chosen responsibly and used sparingly. We use cane sugar, palm sugar, and agave nectar. Agave nectar is a sweetener derived from a cactus plant and is low on the glycemia index. Palm sugar is also an all-natural, low glycemic sweetener, which comes from the coconut palm tree. Each sugar conscious customer should consult her physician to determine whether she should enjoy our baked goods.
